Roméo Désiré Kouassi is an investment analyst at WIC Capital, with over three years of experience in transaction execution, financial analysis, and portfolio monitoring. He actively contributes to the fund's mission: to unlock the full potential of women-led businesses in Francophone Africa through tailored financing, targeted technical support via the WIC Academy, and access to strategic business networks.

Before joining WIC Capital in May 2023, Roméo gained extensive experience in management consulting at Optimaz Consulting, where he participated in strategic audit and organizational diagnostic projects across various sectors. He also honed his private equity expertise during an internship at Adiwale Partners, a €60 million fund based in Côte d'Ivoire, dedicated to growing SMEs in West Africa.

Having graduated with a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from the University Institute of Abidjan (IUA), he puts his analytical rigor, strategic sense and knowledge of African SMEs at the service of the development of high-impact companies.

Its ambition: to contribute to the development of the African private sector by strengthening, structuring and sustainably supporting small and medium-sized enterprises on the continent.
