Roméo Désiré KOUASSI is an Investment Analyst at WIC Capital, a gender-focused fund that invests in small and growing businesses in West Africa. The fund’s mission is to unlock the full potential of women-led businesses in Africa through tailored financing, customized technical assistance and business networks. 

Roméo is a Junior Analyst who joined WIC Capital in May 2023 after an internship at Optimaz consulting, a firm specializing in management consulting, strategic and organizational auditing, where as an assistant consultant he was able to carry out audit and organizational diagnostic missions in several companies, including VH, SIGAS Sécurité and CITRAC. He was also an Assistant Investment Officer Intern at Adiwale Partners, a €60 million investment fund based in Côte d’Ivoire that invests in developing companies in West Africa. 

Romeo’s ambition is to participate in the development of the African private sector, by strengthening and developing small businesses.
