Acasen: A transgenerational story of sharing, local heritage, and passion
Acasen is a producer of local snacks (cashews, peanuts, potatoes) and nutritious infant flours.
ACASEN carries the legacy of a family history spanning three generations. It all began with Hermione's mother in 1992, a dynamic trader who traveled between Senegal, Benin, and Ivory Coast. Known for her generosity, she often brought back cashew nuts from Benin to give to her customers.
This simple gesture, imbued with sharing and conviviality, sparks unexpected enthusiasm. Hermione and her family then decide to test a homemade cashew recipehomemade cashew recipe
