Désiré K. Dzilan is an investment professional committed to the growth of entrepreneurial capital in Africa. As Investment Manager at WIC Gestion, the management company of WIC Capital, he has been supporting businesses led by women and young people since 2019, convinced that access to financing is a major lever for economic transformation.

Before joining WIC Capital, he worked at AFIG Funds, one of the pioneers of private equity on the continent, after starting his career in 2015 in cash management at the CSTTAO Group, a pan-African player in the supply chain.

With a Master's degree in Management and Finance from CESAG Business School in Dakar, Désiré Dzilan also shares his passion for financial rigor and innovation by teaching corporate finance and financial engineering. He belongs to a generation of African leaders who, through their decisions and commitments, are shaping a more inclusive, sustainable, and forward-looking business ecosystem.
