Ndèye Astou has 16 years of experience in guarantee funds, investment banks and insurance. She has notably worked at FONGIP and the Women's Investment Club.

Today, it collaborates with several donors for the implementation of structuring programs: solar energy, biogas, agricultural empowerment, family agro-industry (Natangué Farms).

She has solid expertise in project structuring, risk analysis, SME financing and financial partnerships in West Africa.

Bilingual (French/English), she has a vast regional professional network and excellent communication and writing skills.
