It was born from a reality experienced by many Senegalese families: Ms. Fatou Diop observed the difficulty of finding reliable, trained, and professional domestic staff. Between growing needs, a lack of infrastructure, and an absence of standards, Fatou identified a widespread problem and a major opportunity.

A computer engineer, she uses her organizational skills and analytical mind to create an innovative service: a structured model for recruiting, training and managing domestic staff, designed to meet the demands of modern families and the imperative for domestic employees to work in a structured and secure environment.
