Isseu Diop Sakho, its founder, chose to conquer a historically male-dominated sector: industrial baking.

With MBURU, it offers an innovative product, combining traditional recipes, semi-industrial processes and the use of local cereals (millet, corn, sorghum, fonio…).
The result? A modern bakery that showcases Senegalese flavors, creates new eating habits and gives local products the place they deserve.

Armed with a doctorate in international finance and a rare determination, she decided to raise the level of excellence in the sector by focusing on:
