WIC CAPITAL a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place par le Women\u2019s Investment Club S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, un groupe de 99 femmes issues du secteur priv\u00e9.<\/p><p>Avant de rejoindre WIC Capital, elle a travaill\u00e9 pour le Fonds Souverain pour les Investissements Strat\u00e9giques du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal (FONSIS), o\u00f9 elle a men\u00e9, en tant que charg\u00e9e d\u2019investissements, plus de 100 millions d\u2019euros de transactions dans diff\u00e9rents secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 dont l&#8217;industrie, les \u00e9nergies renouvelables et l&#8217;agriculture. Auparavant, Evelyne a travaill\u00e9 pour l\u2019Inspection G\u00e9n\u00e9rale du groupe Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, o\u00f9 elle a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs missions de conseil et d\u2019audit en France et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p><p>Elle est titulaire d&#8217;un Master en Management et d\u2019un Msc. in Management Control de l&#8217;EDHEC Business School en France, qu\u2019elle a int\u00e9gr\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ses classes pr\u00e9paratoires au Lyc\u00e9e Louis Le Grand \u00e0 Paris.<\/p><p>La mission de vie d\u2019Evelyne est de travailler au d\u00e9veloppement du secteur priv\u00e9 africain, en renfor\u00e7ant les PMEs et start ups locales. Elle s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s fortement aux questions de genre dans les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s modernes africaines.<\/p><p>Son travail et son engagement lui ont valu plusieurs reconnaissances\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>De 2021 \u00e0 2023, elle a figur\u00e9 sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.choiseul-africa.com\/choiseul-100\/\">classement Choiseul 100 Africa<\/a>, comme l\u2019un des 200 dirigeants africains de 40 ans et moins appel\u00e9s \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le important dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019Afrique dans un avenir proche\u00a0;<\/li><li>En 2022, elle figure sur la liste des 40 femmes noires de moins de 40 ans qui fa\u00e7onnent le futur de l\u2019industrie de la gestion d\u2019actifs dans le monde (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwam40under40.com\/\">Black Women in Asset Management (BWAM) 40 under 40 list<\/a>)\u00a0;<\/li><li>En 2023, elle est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e par le magasine Private Equity International parmi les 40 futurs leaders de l\u2019industrie du Private Equity dans le monde, notamment dans la cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab\u00a0Dealmakers\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0;<\/li><li>En 2023, lors des Africa Impact Investing Awards, on lui d\u00e9cerne le prix \u00ab\u00a0The Outstanding Individual Achievement of the Year\u00a0\u00bb qui va \u00e0 un individu qui a contribu\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on exceptionnelle au d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019investissement
